Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Sacred GunZ (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. One account is registered per person; do not share credentials.

3. Conduct

You agree not to use cheats, exploits, or third-party tools that give an unfair advantage; not to harass other players; and not to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Service's infrastructure. Violations may result in temporary or permanent suspension of your account, at the discretion of server administrators.

4. Purchases

Optional purchases (Coins, Premium Membership, cosmetic items) are for use within the Service only, have no cash value outside it, and are non-transferable. No real-money payment processing is enabled at this time.

5. No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is," maintained by a volunteer community team, without warranty of uptime, data retention, or fitness for a particular purpose.

6. Changes

These terms may be updated as the Service evolves. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
